International Orders
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, and other import-related fees charged by the carrier—including brokerage, disbursement or advancement, and handling fees—are not included in the product price, shipping fee, or order total.

These charges, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or carrier. They may be collected before or upon delivery.

REKITEE does not charge or collect these fees and cannot determine their exact amount in advance. For questions regarding the amount or breakdown of these charges, please contact the relevant customs authority or carrier directly.

EU Orders (IOSS Notice)
We are not registered for the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS).

For orders shipped to the European Union, import VAT is not collected at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise. The import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and import-related carrier fees described above are the recipient’s responsibility and may be collected by customs authorities or the carrier before or upon delivery.

Because these charges are paid directly to customs authorities or the carrier and are not collected by REKITEE, they cannot be refunded by REKITEE.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to non-payment of these charges, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. Actual return shipping, reshipping, and carrier charges may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
